Trunking Communication

BelFone ProChat system supports individual call, group call, full-dull duplex simplex call, enables predefined group call, temporary group call, dynamic regroup, map area group call, as well as half and full duplex simplex call among terminals. Besides that, the system also allows to set call priority.

Visual Communication

The system supports point-to-point video call, video polling, video forwarding, and management.
Terminals connect staff of different regions by launching individual call and group call to share accurate on-site information. Also, the dispatching console and terminals with higher priority have the capacity to forward video information to desired terminals to ensure timely information sharing. Besides that, video data can be synchronized postback to the dispatch console, facilitating viudeo data storage and management.
