Recently, several big wildfires that had spread amid continuing extreme hot weather and drought were brought under control by firefighters in Chongqing, a city in Southwest China and well known for its mountainous terrain. To scientifically formulate an emergency response plan, Chongqing Emergency Rescue Bureau and Fire Service Bureau brought BelFone BMC communications systems along with the task forces. According to the on-site environment, they quickly built an emergency communication system for the firefighters and dispatched all rescue forces for joint operations.

BelFone BMC Ad Hoc system used multiple BF-TR925D to form a multi-layer communications network without relying on the public communications infrastructure.
